Mark Fonseca - Owner
Mark earned an A.S. in Fire Science from Sierra College. He completed his EMT certification and then graduated from Sierra College Regional Fire Academy. Continuing on, Mark graduated from NCTI for his Paramedic coursework and then earned the California State Paramedic License.
Mark worked for American Medical Response for seven years early on as an EMT and then later as a Paramedic in both the Sacramento region and Los Angeles area. Mark also served as a Resident FireFighter for Loomis Fire Department and an Intern Paramedic FireFighter for Penn Valley Fire Department. These experiences gave Mark additional training and preparation providing him on scene knowledge and skills which he brings directly to the classroom.
The opportunity Mark was given to franchise RTI allowed him to collect his previous work experiences and provide others with the knowledge and skills to be prepared for small and large emergencies through quality safety training courses.
Mark and his wife, Faith, live in the Conejo Valley. They enjoy all that Southern California offers from ocean beaches, hiking and Angels Baseball. Mark is also is a singer-songwriter recording artist with songs featured in independent films, and he enjoys playing concerts in the local area.
